With so many people currently working from home, team building is more important now than ever before. So how can team building be managed remotely? The Song Division’s Remote Team Anthem addresses these challenges by engaging your teams in an interactive song writing session, all conducted virtually.
This music-fuelled program enables you to convey key messaging and core values to your team members worldwide, live and in the moment, and best of all, together. Each online session is led by the same world-class musicians you’ll find at Song Division’s live events, who have worked with international stars like Prince, Cher, Drake, Katy Perry and more!
You decide who should attend, send out an invite, and just like that, you’re creating an original song together, online! Once the team is logged in, the Song Division musicians run the show, entertaining your people and guiding the group through chord selection and collaborative lyric writing.
No musical experience is required!
Lyrical ideas are submitted using the platform’s messaging features and are arranged into a final song, which is performed with the group live, on-screen! An .mp3 version of the song is later recorded for you to share with attendees.

With remote working now our current reality, we need to cultivate a sense of unity more than ever. Song Division has the answer! Revive a little team spirit with their Virtual Happy Hour.
It’s an hour of nonstop entertainment hosted by one of Song Division’s renowned musician-MCs, who have worked with international music superstars. They’ll keep the energy going so your team can focus on relaxing and having a great time.
As with all Song Division programs, music is central to the Virtual Happy Hour. In addition to sharing stories about first concerts, favourite songs and albums, your team will take part in a virtual version of the Song Division Rock & Roll Game Show putting their music knowledge and talents to the test. Afterwards, they’ll be treated to a live performance of an original song — written by our musicians during the session — highlighting key moments and themes from the happy hour.
As always, no musical experience is required for any of our programs, but if you have an instrument and want an audience, we’re always happy to get you involved.
